Our Purpose

 

To serve as an association of laboratory technologists, physicians, nurses, and other interested individuals in North Carolina with experience and duties in the realm of blood banking, immunohematology and blood transfusion. The NCABB is a charitable, non-profit organization.


Our Objective

 

To provide educational opportunities, to stimulate and coordinate efforts related to blood banking endeavors, to publicize and disseminate related information to the blood bank community in North Carolina through workshops, seminars and newsletters. To assist members with interpretation and implementation of regulations and emerging technologies.
